Annie Lapert Munos is a Doctor in Management Sciences and a research supervisor at KEDGE Business School. She is a co-author with Lovelock, Wirtz and Lapert for the book "Marketing des Services" (Services Marketing) published by Pearson Education. For over 30 years, her research and lectures have been centred on the effect of technology on services innovation.
