Giovany Cajaiba-Santana is an Assistant Professor at KEDGE Business School. After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree at the University of São Paulo in Brazil, Giovany worked in the financial field at Deutsche Bank, Merril Lynch and Serasa-Experian. He then decided to follow an academic path. He received a Master’s Degree in Organizational Research from IAE Grenoble and completed his PhD at EM Lyon Business School. His research interests are related to social issues in management, research methods, social innovation and CSR.
