Valentina Pitardi is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in Marketing at KEDGE Business School where she works on the EU Alpine Space Project AlpFoodway. She received her Ph.D. in Business Management, Marketing track, from Sapienza University of Rome (Italy). Before joining KEDGE, Valentina was Adjunct professor at LUISS University in Italy, where she taught several courses at different levels.
Her research interests are in the domain of consumer behavior and psychology, with specific focuses on consumer and mobile engagement, brand narrative, and decision making processes in online environment and omnichannel perspective. Valentina has also studied consumers purchase experience in wine market. Her works have been published in the Journal of Service Theory and Practice and presented to several international conferences
