Week 1 - Gastronomy: The Marketing and Management of Culinary Services with FERRANDI Paris

Since 1920, FERRANDI Paris has been preparing students for careers in gastronomy and hospitality management with a unique range of innovative courses delivered by experienced academics and professionals. 

From Monday to Saturday, July 2-7, FERRANDI Paris will offer participants a comprehensive programme comprised of:


  • Course 1 - French Terroirs & a UNESCO Gourmet Meal 
  • Course 2 - Markets and Trends in Culinary Management 
  • Course 3 - Concepts and Consumer Approaches 
  • Course 4 - Marketing & Brand Management 
  • Course 5 - Entrepreneurship in the Food Services Sector 
  • Course 6 - Luxury Attitude: Customer Service & Rewards 

1 FIELD COURSE: Disneyland Paris - meet the management teams to discuss quality standards and supply chain management for the world’s most famous theme parks 


  • Workshop 1 - Valorising French products with our chefs 
  • Workshop 2 - Marketing group work: “Mise en perspective


Week 2 - Oenology: The Marketing and Management of Wine and Spirits with Kedge Business School – Bordeaux

Leveraging the strength of its international pool of academics in the field, Kedge Business School’s Wine & Spirits Academy faculty members contribute to offer participants a truly unique, expert vision of the dynamic Wine business. 

From Monday to Saturday, July 9-14, Kedge Buisness School offers participants a well-considered academic curriculum mixing:
