COORDINATING A BUDGETARY PROCESS IN A COMPLEX ORGANISATION

- Checking that targets have been met and identifying corrective actions if they have not.
- Coordinating budget communication between general management and operational departments.
IMPLEMENTING AN INTERNAL REPORTING SYSTEM
