Eren Akkan is an Associate Professor at Kedge Business School. He received his PhD from IESE Business School, Spain, in 2019. His research broadly focuses on the nature of interpersonal relationships and how individuals navigate major changes in organizational settings. He conducts research on topics such as global work and the experiences of globally mobile individuals, the influence of technology at work, and how people become change agents in organizations. He has published in journals such as Human Resource Management and Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology. He teaches courses on cross-cultural management, organizational behavior, and human resource management. Prior to academia, he was involved in project management and account management roles in large scale multinational organizations in the telecommunications and IT industries.
