Consent is a free and informed choice
Where sexual consent is concerned, the old saying “silence means consent” meaning if you do not voice your objection to something, then it is assumed that you support it IS NOT TRUE. If it’s not a clear and obvious YES, then it’s NO. Silence does NOT make it a yes.
