Training for life
The school does not stop after school. A continuum of training is in place to allow for the permanent upgrading of our community's skills.
BeU, an original and unique approach
This approach begins with the BeU pedagogy and a platform dedicated to the training and development of our students throughout their studies. KEDGE's priority is to support them in getting to know themselves and defining their professional project, according to their values and aspirations.
Be-U is the personal and professional support system created by KEDGE to develop and enhance students' soft skills.
In order to support professionals, we are resolutely orienting our actions towards training in the new skills resulting from the multiple transitions that organisations must face (digital, data-driven, mobility, social and societal), in conjunction with the school's centres of excellence:
- Marketing & new consumption
- Food, wine and hospitality
- Sustainable development
- Supply chain
But also its expertise:
- Creative industries and culture
- Health and innovation
- Finance reconsidered
In this regard, KEDGE introduces certificates and badges into its courses, created to measure or in partnership with recognised players and companies, in order to enable its community to develop and update its skills.
Giving a taste for entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurship is an integral part of KEDGE's action-based pedagogy and is therefore an important element of its pedagogical identity and mode of action.
All our students are acculturated to entrepreneurship, which is a pillar of our pedagogy.
Learning to dare, daring to undertake
A real and concrete project management experience in a team, through the Pro-Acts, is a way of guaranteeing that 100% of the students in the initial programmes will have at least one project that is close to their hearts at some point in their career. Thanks to the Pro-Acts, everyone is in a position to take responsibility and risks, and develops their capacity to undertake, to learn from their failures, by committing themselves and experimenting.
The entrepreneurial school
In terms of inclusive innovation, KEDGE has launched the Ecole Entrepreneuriale: a 3-year course on its Marseille-Luminy campus, in partnership with the Apprentis d'Auteuil Foundation.
KEDGE helps the high school graduates who follow this programme to make their project a reality and implement it, by providing them with: a specific pathway for "Learning to be an Entrepreneur", a unique location, the Accelerator, and its know-how, with pedagogical specialists and entrepreneurship professionals.
The Open Innovation Challenge
This challenge is designed to encourage students to be curious about entrepreneurship, through play, enthusiasm, passion and collaborative work, while learning about agile management methods.
Creating synergies with companies
Our mission is to support the collective and individual transformation of companies and their employees, through the deployment of innovative and impactful systems. The development of skills and the creation of new professional practices is nourished by the work and the progress of knowledge shared between research professors and companies.
