Special masterclass: Is law a business management tool?
Corinne BELLONNE-ROUX, international business lawyer, specialised in the drafting and negotiation of international contracts and agreements, will lead this masterclass.
During this unique session, she will discuss how law can be used as a business management tool. Legal director of major groups such as Thomson and Thales for 20 years, she is now a mediator and lecturer, teaching the "International business law" course in the MSc International Business programme.

A global insight into business law
The "international business law" course, delivered in the second year of the MSc programme, provides a legal framework for international business transactions such as confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, memoranda of understanding, sales and purchase agreements, distribution agreements, subcontracting agreements, competition law... It exposes MSc students to the legal issues in business through practical work on international commercial contracts.
