Brunna Lellis Alcantara is a Professor of Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Sustainable Development at KEDGE Business School. She is a PhD candidate in Management Sciences at LAREQUOI (Paris‑Saclay University), where she investigates involuntary career transitions, spin‑offs, and the dynamics of the entrepreneurial feeling of success among constrained entrepreneurs. With an academic background in Law, she brings an institutional and analytical perspective to understanding how individuals experience, interpret, and transform imposed career transitions. Her research focuses on subjective experience, identity reconstruction, and individual trajectories, at the crossroads of career transformation, organizational innovation, and entrepreneurial support practices. Before entering academia, she built a fifteen‑year international career in the aviation industry, holding strategic business development roles. In 2018, she co‑founded an air charter agency, an entrepreneurial experience that now informs both her research and teaching. Her international background gives her strong expertise in project management, business development, innovation, digital transformation, intercultural management, and strategic communication. She is committed to sustainable value creation and to strengthening the societal impact of organizations.
