Elise GOISEAU

Elise Goiseau belongs to the Management department at KEDGE as Associate Professor. She completed her PhD under a cotutelle agreement between Université Paris Dauphine-PSL and Macquarie University (Sydney), on expatriate work adjustment. Her current research focuses on the professional integration of refugees and on research ethics. She is the principal investigator of ALIGN, a project examining how social sciences and humanities research is evaluated by research ethics committees in France, selected for funding by the French National Research Agency (ANR) under the 2026 call of its Young Researcher scheme (JCJC). Her work has been published in journals such as Journal of International Management, Revue française de gestion and Management international. She has also contributed to several edited volumes and carried out a study for the French Foundation for Management Education (FNEGE). She teaches organisational behaviour, cross-cultural management and human resource management.
