Eva Straus is an Assistant Professor of Management at KEDGE Business School (Bordeaux campus). A psychologist by training, she holds a PhD in work and organizational psychology from the University of Vienna, as well as a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in psychology from Goethe University Frankfurt. She was a research associate at Leeds University Business School and has taught at the University of Vienna and the University of Amsterdam. Her research focuses on personality and values in the context of artificial intelligence, human-AI relationships, and pro-social and pro-environmental behavior at work in international settings. Her work has been published in journals such as the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Environment and Behavior, and the International Journal of Human Resource Management, and presented at the Academy of Management and the EAWOP Congress. Alongside her academic career, she has worked as HR and Finance Coordinator for Médecins sans frontières in Côte d'Ivoire, as Country Manager Germany for a sustainable fashion start-up, and as an advisor to an NGO in India.
