Florence Malsch, Assistant Professor in the Strategy, Sustainable Development and Entrepreneurship Department, obtained her PhD in Strategy from Aix-Marseille University in 2021, after working for several years in financial auditing and controlling. Her research and teaching activities focus on strategy, new business creation and building trust between producers and consumers. Her research has been published in international journals and she has taken part in several French and European conferences.
