Frédéric BALLY

Assistant professor in the Strategy, Sustainable Development and Entrepreneurship department, Frédéric teaches the principles of Organizational Social Responsibility and business strategy to react to and anticipate environmental problems. A former consultant in public policy evaluation with the OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development), he participated as an expert and scientist on several European projects (INTERREG). A former post-doctoral student at Grenoble School of Management, he has developed numerous partnership research projects with private and public stakeholders in the region through his involvement in the Territories in Transition and Energy for Society Chair. His research focuses on green infrastructures and their development, the analysis of social networks of founders of emerging start-up companies, consumer activism via digital applications and the territorialization of digital platforms. His research has been published in journals such as Journal of Environmental Management, International Small Business Journal and Nature Sciences et Sociétés.
