Konstantin Pikal is Assistant Professor of Data Marketing and Artificial Intelligence at KEDGE Business School. He received his Ph.D. in Marketing Technology with distinction from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome. His research examines the intersection of marketing and technology, focusing on artificial intelligence and digital marketing. His research has been presented at international conferences such as EMAC 2024/2025, AMA CB:SIG 2024, ACR 2024 and La Londe 2025. In addition to his research, he teaches courses on AI-driven marketing strategy and big data analytics, with a strong emphasis on applied methods and managerial relevance. Prior to his academic career, he held leadership and consulting positions in the technology sector.
