Dr. Maxence Mercier is Assistant Professor of Creativity Management at KEDGE Business School and a member of KEDGE Arts School. He holds a PhD in Psychology from Université Paris Cité, with a thesis focused on the improvement of creativity through game-based learning. His research has notably explored the impact of video games, virtual reality, and board games on creativity, as well as the measurement of creative potential, in the context of a wide range of international and interdisciplinary collaborations. His current research focuses on the assessment and improvement of workplace creativity, the role of play in creative organizations, and the measurement of the creative tourism experience.
