Paul Gimet has 18 years of professional experience in companies and holdings within medical devices and equipment industries. He performed the duties of various executive and managerial positions from General Manager to Sales and Marketing Manager of an industrial group, with a strong focus on export development. He holds a PhD in management, a Master in biochemistry and an Executive MBA. Since 2010, he shifted his career to invest in academic research focused on governance and leadership of ecologies fostering innovation. He is the Director of a Master Program in Innovation for KEDGE Business School and is a Professor for graduate level and executive education programs. He teaches topics such as strategy and competitive advantage, as well as innovation, innovative organisation and the value capture through the development of new business models. Particularly active in executive education programs since 2005, he has brought his expertise of front of high-level managers in strategic management, innovation and leadership. Since 2014, he is highly involved in the KEDGE Executive Education team to enhance the executive education offer.
