Pierre CASANOVA
Accounting, Finance & EconomicsPierre Casanova is a professor of finance at Kedge Business School. He holds a Master in Business Management (IAE Aix-en-Provence), a Specialized Master in Finance (CETFI) and an MBA in International Finance (NYU – STERN). Pierre worked for GE Corporate as an auditor and as a director in mergers and acquisitions. He also worked for GE Equity as an investment director. Following his 10 years at GE, Pierre created a consulting firm to support developing companies in their external growth and financing process. He is also the co-founder of two startups. His areas of interest include mergers and acquisitions, financing and start-up valuations, and corporate venturing. Pierre is the Director of the MSc Corporate Finance program.
