Shuaib Ahmed Soomro is Associate Professor of Human Resource Management at KEDGE Business School. He holds a Ph.D. from IAE Aix-Marseille University, France. His teaching portfolio includes courses in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Leadership, which he delivers by combining academic rigor with practical insights. Dr. Soomro research focuses on HR, organizational behavior, leadership, and sustainability with publications in international journals and presentations at major conferences (AOM, EGOS, AGRH, EURAM, AHRD, BAM).
