Places in the Kedge International Winter School are limited and are allocated on a first come - first serve basis to qualified applicants. We highly recommend all applications be submitted before November 29.

First, you’ll be asked to complete your personal profile (which you can save and return to us at any time). Then select the Kedge programme(s)that you wish to enrol in. It is possible to complete the application in several steps, and the entire process takes only 15 minutes if everything is prepared in advance.

A certificate showing current registration at your home university
Your valid passport
International travel insurance
(Optional) TOEIC / TOEFL scores (B2 level highly recommended if you are not a native English speaker)

Fees

€100 Admission fees (non refundable)

€1000 per course or € 1800 for the 2-week* / 8 ECTS credit programme.

*A 10% reduction will be applied for those students following both courses in the package.

A €100 non refundable registration fee is required to hold your place in the winter school programme and is made online by credit card when completing the online application.

Students nominated by Kedge partner institutions as winter exchange students should speak with their academic advisor to discuss special conditions or contact short-terms@kedgebs.com.

FAQ Winter School

Who can apply for the Winter School ?

Our program is designed for advanced bachelor and master’s degree students.

How many ECTS credits can I get with the Winter School?

Each course delivers 4 ECTS credits, that you can transfer to your home university. If 4 ECTS credits is a problem to transfer to an equivalent course at your home institution, contact us to see what possibilities can be arranged.

What is the deadline to apply?

November 29, 2024. However, we highly recommend you finish your application asap, as the number of places is limited and allocated on a first come-first serve basis

Is there any scholarship available to attend the Winter programme?

There are no scholarship or tuition waiver for this program, however students nominated by Kedge partner institutions as winter school exchange students should speak with their academic advisor to discuss special conditions or contact short-terms@kedgebs.com.
