1 - Use of personal data analysis
The GROUPE KEDGE BUSINESS SCHOOL association (hereinafter referred to as "KEDGE BUSINESS SCHOOL") collects and processes personal data as collecting data is necessary for educational guidance and informing prospects, on the legal basis of the concerned person's consent.
This quizz allows to inform respondants about the traning programmes offered at KEDGE BUSINESS SCHOOL and send them institutional and commercial communications.
2 - The concerned persons are all quizz respondants that will have verified the form by filling out all the mandatory fields.
3 - Data collection
KEDGE BUSINESS SCHOOL subcontracts data collection to TYPEFORM SL, according to the terms specified here.
4 - Categories of personal data collected:
- Identity: civil status, name, surname, adress, phone number, email address, internal processing code allowing the client's identification, data relating to registration on opposition lists, nationality.
- Required data for retention and prospective actions: training level.
5 - Data is shared with the Digital and Commercial Marketing service teams at KEDGE BUSINESS SCHOOL.
6 - Data is stored for two years.
7 - What are your rights and how to exercise them?
In accordance with the 2016/679 Regulation (EU) on the protection of personal data and the French Data Protection Act, you have a right of access, a right of rectification, a right to erasure (right to oblivion), a right to withdraw your consent at any time, a right to limit processing and a right to data portability.
