Clémentine BOURGEOIS

Clémentine Bourgeois has been an Associate Professor of Law at KEDGE Business School since 2009. She holds a PhD in Law from the University of Bordeaux (2006) and a CAPA (EDA Aliénor, 2009). Clémentine teaches civil and business law (along with E-commerce, marketing and company law…). Her research fields deal with contracts, E-commerce, company and labour laws. She is responsible for the partnership with the Bordeaux Law School (EDA Aliénor), the partnership with the Business Law Institute (University Aix-Marseille) the partnership with the Bordeaux Bar Association and a member of the French Academy of Legal Studies in Business. She is also Associate Dean for Careers.
