Fiammetta CASCIOLI KARIVALIS is a Professor of Management at KEDGE Business School and the Director of the MSc Business Transformation for Sustainability. In the past, she served as a member of the France-Benelux Steering Committee of the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME), an initiative of the United Nations Global Compact, and was responsible for the design of management development programs at ESCP Business School, where she developed expertise in pedagogical innovation and new managerial paradigms. Fiammetta teaches courses in management, organizational behavior, and sustainable development for both undergraduate and executive education audiences. Her research, conducted in French, English, and Spanish, focuses on lifelong learning, organizational behavior, and sustainable development.
