Stéphane OUVRARD holds a diploma in Chartered Accountancy and a PhD in Management, HDR. After fifteen years of professional experience in financial accounting and auditing, he decided to specialize in professional training and teaching as a Professor of Accounting & Finance at KEDGE Business School. He is the co-author of many books on financial accounting, management accounting and financial analysis. He has published in diverse academic and professional magazines such as Research in International Business and Finance, International Journal of Economics and Accounting, Sustainability, Revue du Financier, Revue des Sciences de Gestion, Recherche en Sciences de Gestion, Revue Française de Comptabilité, Revue Banque. His research interests include IFRS Standards, financial performance, business models (wine and banking industries). He is also the Academic Director of the MSc in International Business.
