Director of the MSc Business Transformation for Sustainability and member of the France-Benelux steering committee of the United Nations Global Compact's "Principles for Responsible Management Education", Fiammetta CASCIOLI is an Assistant Professor attached to the Management Department. Fiammetta holds an M2 in Management, a Master of Science in Management, a Master of Arts in International Business, and a PhD in Management, with a specialisation in Human Resources, and has accumulated a multi-faceted experience as a Teacher, Practitioner and Researcher in different European countries for more than 20 years.  Fiammetta has been in charge of designing management development programmes at ESCP BS and has developed an expertise in pedagogical innovation and new management paradigms.As a professor, Fiammetta has developed specific expertise on new, sustainable managerial paradigms, and prepares and delivers courses on management, organisational behavior and sustainable development. Her research work, conducted in French, English and Spanish, covers the fields of lifelong learning and sustainable organisational behaviour.
