  • Alliance for Research on Wine and Hospitality Management

The centre of excellence, an initiative of the Alliance for Research on Wine and Hospitality Management, continues its development by helping to organise regular international scientific meetings.  

The purpose of this alliance is to form a research community specialising in wine and hospitality, and in doing so promote top-quality research in these domains. Every spring, the ARWHM organises a workshop for the various branches of the scientific community working in these fields.  

Founding members: 
SC Johnson College of Business at Cornell University, The Hotel School, the École Hôtelière de Lausanne, the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, the School of Hotel & Tourism Management at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and the FWH Research Centre at Kedge BS Bordeaux. 

  • The FWH centre also contributes to the research conducted by the ISVV, of which KEDGE is a founding member

 

Academic exchanges 

Members of the research centre are in permanent contact with many researchers in their discipline. They therefore regularly travel within France and abroad to develop their work in collaboration with these researchers who they also frequently welcome for seminars or sabbaticals.
