Céline Hay Appointed Director of the Master in Management at KEDGE Business School

KEDGE Business School is pleased to announce the appointment of Céline Hay as the new Director of the Master in Management. With a robust academic and professional background, she succeeds Aurélie Dehling, who now leads the school’s new entity dedicated to foresight and ideation.

An Exceptional Academic and Professional Journey

Céline Hay holds a Doctorate in Management Sciences with a specialisation in consumer behaviour. Her rich and diverse experience in higher education and research underscores her commitment to student support and aligning education with industry expectations. As the former Deputy Director of the Grande École Programme at SKEMA Business School, she emphasised the importance of providing students with a high-quality learning experience, both academically and personally. Her efforts have consistently aimed to ensure the employability and professional success of students.

Her New Responsibilities at KEDGE

In her new role at KEDGE, Céline Hay will primarily be responsible for leading the Master in Management and representing it to various stakeholders, including students, parents, and associations. She will also play a key role in the school’s internal and external communications, striving to enhance the attractiveness of the PGE and ensure student satisfaction.

Additionally, Céline Hay will oversee the promotion of the programme to preparatory classes, coordinating recruitment and promotional activities, and conducting field visits to better understand and address the needs of prospective students.
