Company challenges at the heart of the MSc Business Transformation for Sustainability

COMPANY TRANSFORMATIONAL CHALLENGE

How does it work?

Participating companies are requested to come up with a transformational challenge, an initiative that they are trying to put in place or a vision for sustainable transformation of existing processes. 
Students would then contribute to the process of “framing” the vision into an actionable initiative, comprehensive of approach, stakeholder analysis, mission statement, implementation plan and KPIs. 
A global vision will then be proposed by students to the company, in order to agree and to establish a specific plan, in terms of approach, outcomes and indicators. Such a plan will be the basis for the challenge framing in terms of project, which will constitute the pedagogical backbone of the programme.

This year, the students successfully met the expectations of REPARESEB, LVD ENVIRONMENT, PAGEGROUP, CEVA LOGISTICS and RECYGO.

REPARESEB is a skincare brand focused on creating advanced formulations designed to repair and regenerate the skin. Known for its innovative use of active ingredients, the brand offers solutions targeting skin healing, hydration, and rejuvenation, particularly for sensitive or damaged skin. It combines scientific research with high-quality components to promote healthier, more resilient skin.
 

LVD ENVIRONMENT is a company that specialises in providing sustainable solutions for environmental management. They focus on offering services and products aimed at improving environmental impact through innovative technologies and practices. Their offerings typically include waste management, energy efficiency, and pollution control, with an emphasis on helping businesses reduce their ecological footprint while complying with environmental regulations.
 

PAGEGROUP is a global recruitment agency that specializes in connecting businesses with top talent across various industries, including finance, engineering, marketing, and technology. They provide permanent, temporary, and contract recruitment services, leveraging their international network and market expertise to match candidates with suitable roles.

CEVA LOGISTICS is a global supply chain management and logistics company. They offer end-to-end solutions, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to optimize supply chain operations for businesses across various sectors. CEVA focuses on innovation and sustainability to streamline logistics and improve efficiency.
 

RECYGO is a company dedicated to promoting sustainable waste management solutions. They offer services related to the collection and recycling of paper waste, aiming to reduce waste to landfills and increase recycling rates. Recygo’s approach emphasises environmental responsibility and sustainability by providing businesses with a circular economy model for waste management.

Impact of the Project on Students

Students will embark on an experiential learning journey, fostering knowledge acquisition and practical application "with their heads, hearts, and hands." They will gain first-hand experience in addressing transformational challenges and enhance their ability to create impactful solutions for complex, multi-stakeholder issues.
