Professionnals and suppliers from the sector, particularly the web, discuss during work shops on specific topics. Leaders from the sector try to analyse current trends.
NEXT SESSION
"Food" will be invited to a parisian session next september. If we need to express gastronomy in wine, mobile apps, sites recipes, wine lists often lack that "je ne sais quoi" that make a difference.
