OBJECTIVES OF THE MARKETING PROGRAMME

"Marketing roles and skills must constantly evolve in line with the profound – and often contradictory – transformations shaping our environment: digital technologies and the rise of a participatory culture turning consumers into active co-creators; the sense of belonging to multiple tribes formed around affinities and emotions; the emergence of more responsible marketing practices that take into account key transitions (ecological, energy-related, and beyond); and new forms of competition built on open ecosystems involving business partners. Artificial intelligence, of course, is redefining the rules of digital, access to information, and content creation. At KEDGE, we embed these transformations into the MSc Marketing curriculum thanks to the commitment of our faculty and the active involvement of many companies from our ecosystem. Experiential learning – Learning by Doing – runs through every aspect of the programme: hackathons, business games, case studies developed with industry partners, and professional certifications in digital skills, to name but a few. Finally, all students, supported by the teaching team, take part in Discovery Days: off-campus experiences to visit companies, meet managers, and join workshops with organisations in fields such as technology, fashion, luxury, and leisure. Every other year, a development committee brings together programme directors and a wide range of companies to identify the new skills sought after by the market and employers.
