- Organisation of a forum at the start of the school year to introduce all the associations to the new students.
- Division of the year's associative events via a monthly schedule.
- The Kick-Start Weekend, allowing associations to meet their counterparts from the other campuses.
- Management and delimitation of the associative recruitment periods for the new year.
- Setting up the BDE (Students Office), BDS (Sports Office) and BDA (Arts Office) campaigns.
- Allocation of the subsidies.
