Armand Bajard joined KEDGE Business School in 2008 after obtaining a PhDin corporate finance. He was previously a consultant to SMEs on operational performance and management control issues and worked on technical cooperation programs to support the privatization and restructuring of public enterprises. His main areas of research and teaching are related to financial management and financial decision-making processes. Armand notably participated in the creation of a serious game for a large French bank. At Kedge, he has held several faculty and program roles and is currently director of the Operations Management and Information Systems department. He teaches corporate finance and financial accounting.
