Dorra Yahiaoui is Professor at KEDGE Business School and Head of the Master’s Track in “Leadership & Change Management.” She holds a PhD in Management from the University of Lyon III (France). Dorra teaches Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. She is a co-chair of the research group Human Resource Management at EuroMed Research Business Institute. Her research is mainly focused on the international transfer of HRM practices, transnational innovation, and management in Middle East and North African countries. She has published several book chapters and articles in highly ranked journals such as: Human Resource Management; The International Journal of Human Resource Management; Thunderbird: International Business Review, International Marketing Review, and Competitiveness Review, among others.
