Eric KOSMAN is a Lecturer attached to the Strategy and Entrepreneurship Department. Eric has 18 years of experience in various companies as well as experience as a trilingual consultant trainer to support structures and their teams in their will for development and permanent adaptation. He was Director of Development in 1991, then Associate Director, he transformed, in its skills and operational processes, a Travel Agency to make it enter the top 5 of French event agencies in 2000, realizing more than 1/3 of its turnover internationally. Then he was in charge of the management of Parc Chanot from 2000 to 2007, he developed the portfolio of services and redefined all customer reception procedures, transforming Parc Chanot into the 1st Convention Center and Parc des French exhibition. He has been working as a freelancer since 2009, he accompanied the SODEXO group for 3 years, for the creation of a service activity for the elderly at home in China, in partnership with the Chinese Planning Commission. Graduate of KEDGE, he joined the School in 2012 as an Occasional Lecturer in initial training, as well as in Executive education, particularly in business strategy and management of people and teams.
