Eric PICHET is Professor and Director of the Postgraduate Program in Real Estate and Wealth Management (IMPI) at KEDGE Business School. He holds a PhD in Management and an HDR (Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches) from the University of the Littoral Opal Coast. He also obtained a PhD in Law from L’Université Panthéon-Assas. His main teaching and research areas of expertise include macroeconomics of environment worldwide, monetary policy, alternative assets (notably real estate), taxation, corporate governance and fiscal governance. In 2011 he published a methodological guide for research professors seeking a French HDR entitled, The Enlightened Shareholders Theory: Whose Interests Should be Served by the Supporters of Corporate Governance? and in 2016 he published The General Theory of Social and Tax Expenditures.
