Dr Ghulam MURTAZA obtained his PhD in management sciences from IAE Aix-en-Provence, Aix-Marseille University in 2017. He is an Associate Professor at KEDGE Business School. He teaches Organization Behavior, Business Ethics, International Human Resource Management (IHRM), Business Intelligence, and Training & Development. He has published research articles in peer-reviewed international journals such as the Journal of Business Ethics, Applied Psychology, International Journal of Manpower, Journal of Personality, Personnel Review, Decisions Marketing, International Journal of Public Administration, and Human Systems Management. He has presented papers at several international conferences, including AOM, SIOP, AGRH, EURAM, EAWOP, EMAC, and BAM. Also, currently serving as an editorial board member of the Journal of Business Ethics.
