Joseph Tixier is a global scholar in entrepreneurship and education at KEDGE business school. Following his work for international organisations (OECD, UNIDO, UNESCO), he pursued a PhD in Management at emlyon business school. His thesis draws on a one year ethnography in professional high schools in Madagascar, observing the implementation of a curriculum in entrepreneurship education designed through international coorperation. Joseph Tixier's research focuses on the interplay of managerial concepts with the social context in which they unfold, more specifically through cooperation with Sub-Saharan Africa.
