Laëtitia Gabay-Mariani is Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship, Strategy and Sustainable Development at Kedge Business School. Her teaching focuses on strategy, sustainability, entrepreneurship, innovation and creativity, particularly through design approaches (Design Thinking, Design Fiction). She is an Art Thinking trainer and is a member of the Art Thinking collective. Her research focuses on entrepreneurs’ cognition and emotion, and on entrepreneurship education. She defended a doctoral thesis on nascent entrepreneurs’ commitment of emerging entrepreneurs. She received two Best Thesis Award, from the Academie de l'Entrepreneuriat et de l'innovation (AEI) and the Association Internationale du Management Stratégique (AIMS). She published a dozen articles, including several in internationally recognized journals such as the Journal of Business Research and the International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior and Research. She is a member of the board of the AEI, of the Scientific Committee of the AIMS and of the Editorial Board of Entreprendre & Innover. She is also co-chair of the track Entrepreneurial Decision-making and Behaviour at the EURAM conference and ad-hoc reviewer for various journals (Jounal of Small Business Management, International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior and Research, Management Decision, Technology analysis and Strategic Management, Revue de l'Entrepreneuriat, Entreprendre & Innover, etc.) and conferences (Academy of Management, AEI, EURAM, etc.). Before joining higher education, she worked for 4 years as a consultant-researcher in innovation and transformation, and led collaborative research projects with major accounts (Orange, Engie, EDF, GRTGAZ, Naval Group, Renault, Safran, MACIF, Crédit Agricole, Banque Populaire, Société Générale, the French Ministry of the Economy and Finance, Pôle Emploi, La Poste, RATP, Sodexo, etc.).
