Lisa Thomas, HDR, is Professor of Strategy in the department `Strategy, Sustainable Development and Entrepreneurship` on the Marseille Campus. Previously Lisa was at Audencia Business School. She has many years’ experience teaching students within Universities in the UK (Cardiff University) and France at undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive education level. She has several research interests including the international competitive environment of management education institutions and the future strategies of business schools. Her focus in this domain lies in the role of value co-creation and multi-stakeholder engagement. She also has research expertise in strategy implementation within organizations, examining some of the barriers to effective strategy implementation, and in entrepreneurship, where her work focuses on the performance of small businesses in the wine industry. Her work in these domains’ features in internationally peer reviewed journal publications.
