Menel Ben Mlouka is an associate professor in the Strategy, Sustainable Development and Entrepreneurship department. She obtained her Phd in management sciences in which she analyzed the institutional pressures and legitimization strategies within the subsidiaries of multinationals leading to societal behaviors and practices. Her research and teaching focus mainly on the Social Responsibility of Organizations. The influence of CSR on individual and organizational behavior is one of her areas of research. She has been developing her teaching experience since 2005 in France and Tunisia (notably at the University of Toulouse 1, ESC Tunis, ESSEC Tunis), and obtained the qualification of auditor of the SA 8000 social standard in 2010. Actively involved in supporting and coaching students in their entrepreneurial projects, she was director of a career and skills certification center (Centre 4C Béjà) for students. She has also been an external evaluator for international consultancy assignment projects with the European Bank for Development and Reconstruction since 2018
