Olivier Pelazza obtained his Master’s degree in Management from ESC Marseille in 1982. Before integrating Kedge Business School in 1997, he worked for 15 years as a commercial agent (Assurances La Strasbourgeoise), a marketing manager (Mutuelle Chirurgicale des BdR) and a communications consultant (Agence X). In association with Prof. Jean-Jacques Michelin, he created the “Enterprise” course (systemic & global approach of management) for the PGE Program in 1997-98, a course which is still included in the IBBA and Kedge Bachelor Programs. In association with Jean-Marc Blanc, Olivier created the Pro-Act Pedagogy in 2002-2003, and managed the Learning-by-Doing service from 2003 to 2013. With Marion Depont, he contributed to creating the Be-U Program (personal development process for Kedge students). Since 2010, he has been in charge of the “Cordées de la Réussite” (Educational Project for Students dedicated to underprivileged youth) and from 2010 to 2013 he was responsible for the Kedge Student Associations.
