Subhan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Strategy, Sustainability, and Entrepreneurship. He holds a PhD in Business Administration from Grenoble Ecole de Management, France, and a French Doctorate from IAE Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management, France. His primary research area is entrepreneurship, particularly the micro-foundations of entrepreneurial exit. In addition, he conducts research in several related domains, including entrepreneurial ecosystem, artificial intelligence, crowdfunding, sustainability, and well-being. His scholarly work has been published in a number of reputable international journals. He is open to supervising PhD and DBA students. In terms of teaching, he delivers courses in entrepreneurship, innovation, strategy, and business planning. Previously, he served as a Coordinator and Trainer at the Student Start-up Business Center at COMSATS University Islamabad, Pakistan, where he mentored and facilitated more than 30 start-ups. He also has entrepreneurial experience, having successfully founded and managed his own social venture.
