Sunny has 10+ years of experience in teaching and conducting research on negotiation, group diversity, and ethics. She examines how groups and organizations can utilize their diversity to be more creative, get better negotiation outcomes, and behave in ethically responsible ways. She has taught courses on essential negotiation skills, multiparty negotiations, and negotiation research methodology across Bachelor’s, Master’s and MBA programs at American, Asian, and French universities. She has published academic papers in top peer-reviewed journals on the topics of diversity, group decision making, and ethical outcomes. Sunny has earned academic degrees in Management from a top-tier South Korean University, in Statistics from Stanford University, and her doctoral degree in Management and Organizations from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. In her prior career, she worked at a government owned financial institution for approximately 5 years.
