KEDGE to host the first ISCEA Global Supply Chain Case Competition in France

24/03/2026
KEDGE Business School is joining forces with the International Supply Chain Education Alliance (ISCEA) to introduce the Global Supply Chain Case Competition in France for the first time. The initiative reflects a shared ambition to connect academic learning with real-world supply chain challenges in an international context.

Bridging academic learning with real-world supply chain challenges

Led by the International Supply Chain Education Alliance, a US-based organisation founded in 2003, the competition is part of a wider effort to connect academic learning with real-world industry challenges. ISCEA is widely recognised for its work in supply chain education and brings together a global network of students and professionals across the sector.
Already established in a number of institutions worldwide, particularly in the United States, the competition invites students to work on real business cases. In teams, they are asked to analyse complex supply chain challenges, develop strategic recommendations and present their solutions to a panel of academic and industry experts.

From the 2026–2027 academic year, the competition will be part of the Global Supply Chain course within KEDGE’s International Business Master of Science. Students across the Paris, Bordeaux and Marseille campuses will take part in the French round, alongside participants from other institutions.

“We are delighted to be joining the ISCEA Global Case Competition. I’m looking forward to working with our MSc International Business students and beyond to develop innovative, high-impact supply chain solutions. It’s an exciting opportunity to build meaningful and inspiring projects together.”

Mehdi Amiri-Aref, Director of the MSc International Business

The competition is structured across three stages: national, regional and global, giving top teams the chance to compete internationally. More than a contest, it offers a hands-on learning experience, helping students strengthen their analytical thinking, teamwork and decision-making skills in a real-world context.

By bringing the competition to France, KEDGE becomes the first institution in the country to introduce this format in partnership with ISCEA, further strengthening its international outlook and its positioning in supply chain education
