KEDGE BS has also confirmed its position as the provider of France’s 4th best Executive MBA, behind HEC, INSEAD and ESCP. In China, where the programme is taught at the Shanghai campus, KEDGE BS is also ranked 4th, behind Tsinghua/INSEAD, SJTU Antai and CEIBS.

The KEDGE Global MBA is taught in Marseille, Bordeaux, Paris and Shanghai and is the only French MBA to be recognised by the Chinese government, the French government and have AMBA, EQUIS and AACSB accreditation.

The KEDGE BS/Jiao Tong University Global MBA is taught in English and is intended for senior executives and managers seeking a decidedly international dimension. Depending on the specialisation Major (10 in total) selected, training can span several countries and continents (France/China/South Africa/Australia/USA/England).

The course also requires students to choose 2 international seminars from 7 possible destinations: China, Brazil, Australia, India, Russia, USA and the United Arab Emirates.

The Global MBA

Each year more than 80 senior executives choose Shanghai, and approximately 60 top-level executives choose Marseille, Bordeaux and Paris.

The Global MBA now benefits from a network of more than 1,500 graduates throughout the world, including

900 in China. This is a source of wonderful business opportunities for all graduates.

In 2005, the Chinese government stopped recognising foreign degrees in order to protect Chinese degrees but made an exception in 2011 of the Global MBA. Consequently it now has the official recognition of the Chinese Ministry of Education, allowing State business executives to use it for their career development.

The SJTU-KEDGE BS Executive MBA double degree

Since 2008, KEDGE and Jiao Tong University have also been developing an Executive MBA in English in the form of a double degree for Chinese senior executives and entrepreneurs. At present there are only four Executive MBA double degrees in China with a French institution.

Each year, this programme hosts between 30 and 35 elite participants in France (Paris and Marseille) for a study workshop. Participants come from large international and local companies such as Intel, PWC, Volvo, Kodak, Bertelsmann, Hilton, Tyco Electronics, Astra Zeneca, Maersk, the Bank of Communications, Nanfang Daily Media Group, and Shanghai Advertising, among others.

The programme admitted its final year group in 2015, due to changes in Chinese legislation and a reduction in the quota number.
