Marie Baudoux is an assistant professor in the the Accounting, Finance, & Economics department. Marie specializes in empirical corporate finance, and her research focuses on the relationship between financial strategies and corporate social concerns, including capital structure, labor relations and employee compensation. Most recently a postdoctoral researcher funded by the Agence nationale de la recherche, she worked on the OSMosis project piloted by the École des mines de Paris, studying transformations in the ownership, business model and ESG commitment of mission-driven companies. Marie Baudoux is also responsible for the "Finance, Accounting, Audit" major in Bordeaux.
