DESIDE: Design of Spatio-temporal networks (STN)* in a stochastic and dynamic environment: new mathematical models and optimisation approaches.
*STN: Spatial networks whose topology and/or attributes change with time.
The DESIDE Project
This project is to provide new mathematical models for optimising the supply chain management in an uncertain and dynamic environment.
Its objective is the development of new decision-making methods in order to improve supply chain resilience.
The partners involved in this project are from the Sobolev Institute of Mathematics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Novosibirsk State University, the Universities of Bordeaux (the research centre (Inria) and the Mathematical Institute (IMB)) and KEDGE Business School (CESIT).
In France, this project is coordinated by
- The University of Bordeaux with François Clautiaux from the Bordeaux Mathematical Institute (IMB)
- KEDGE with a team made of 4 professors, members of the Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CESIT): Olga Battaïa, Medhi Amiri-Aref, Walid Klibi and Gautier Stauffer.
Sobolev Institute of Mathematics of The Russian Academy of Science and the University of Novosibirsk are the Russian partners.
Russian participation is ensured by two scientific partners:
- The Sobolev Institute of Mathematics of the Russian Academy of Sciences
- the Novosibirsk State University
