19/04/2021
All of the considerations involved in the construction of Kedge's new strategic plan led to the emergence of the school's values: high standards, commitment, open-mindedness, integrity and humility. They represent the foundation of the school's managerial culture and forge its new pedagogical identity.

A new pedagogical identity

KEDGE unveils a strong new pedagogical identity, unanimously recognised, and built on high standards and academic excellence. It is based on the student experience and on a high degree of individualisation and personalisation of the course (student centric logic). Here are the 3 key points advocated by this identity:

  • High standards

-Promotion of excellence through prizes and student rankings

-Soft skills and rigour

  • Experiential

-Widespread induction week
-Open innovation challenge for all programmes
-Development of work-study programmes (more than 2000 work-study students)
-Integration of moments with companies, case studies and conferences into the programmes
-Introduction of compulsory certificates

  • Student centric

-Sponsorship by professors
-Remedial courses
-Student representative committees
-Deployment of the THE test (technology, humanity, entrepreneurship)
