Number 4 in France Eduniversal ranking in the corporate social responsibility category, the MSC Sustainable Finance is the leading programme in Europe for developing this dual expertise.
Luis Reyes-Ortiz, programme's director at KEDGE Business School Paris explains why you should choose a master's degree in sustainable finance.

Topic of the day: Why study for a master's degree in sustainable finance?

As Luis Reyes-Ortiz, sustainable finance programme's director at KEDGE Business School Paris points out, "the low-carbon transition is now a must in our society'. To address it, it is important to encourage the financing of companies that work towards this transition, and discourage the financing of those that do not. Every financial instrument, economic agent and regulation is (or should be) concerned by these objectives; investment funds, banks, savings managers, stock exchanges, insurance companies, impact investors, public and international bodies all have a role to play.

The Master of Science in Sustainable Finance, taught entirely in English on our Paris campus by specialists, aims to give our graduates the tools they need to succeed in their mission without sacrificing profitability. The mastery of specialist language, technical tools (modelling, corporate finance, reporting), combined with extra-financial analysis, soft-skills and a critical business perspective are integral to the learning in our premises and the practical application in the activities on the outside.

Our network includes academics, alumni, NGOs, as well as professionals from the private and public sector. Climate emergency, biodiversity protection, financial stability and detection/disclosure of greenwashing are important to all of us.
