In Paris, students from KEDGE Business School's MSc Marketing programme recently engaged in a consultancy project in collaboration with Savencia, a prominent international food group.

Revamping communication and distribution with key stakeholders

This interdisciplinary project on communication and distribution is part of two courses: "global branding and communication" and "international channel strategies", offered as part of the MSc Marketing curriculum at KEDGE Business School. Centered on the Savencia brand in the international market, it provided students with a unique opportunity to apply their marketing knowledge in practice. Under the guidance of experienced professors, students were tasked with devising innovative strategic recommendations for seven distinct international markets: Romania, the United States, Canada, the United Arab Emirates, China, Japan, and Korea. This interdisciplinary project allowed future graduates to apply their communication and distribution skills in a real-world setting - the food industry.

The project received support and collaboration from Matthieu Redon, international group marketing manager, and Alexandra Delsart Ithurbide, marketing director at Savencia, who served as key contacts for students within the company. Their expertise and dedication were crucial in guiding students throughout the process and ensuring the relevance and feasibility of the recommendations made. Through this endeavor, students gained invaluable practical experience in the field of international marketing and made a significant contribution to expanding the Savencia brand in global markets.

This rewarding experience highlights KEDGE Business School's commitment to providing students with tangible opportunities for hands-on learning.
